In accordance with relevant national standards and customer requirements the final toothpaste product inspection will be carried out in GB 8372, GB 43543 and customer requirements. Major areas inspected would be appearance (for color, texture and shape), pH level, rheological testing, (fluids) flow and viscosity, foaming action, and detection of insoluble particles (hard) in the toothpaste besides other parameters like clarity of liquids. All the results must be documented and a quality control review should be done before release.

Raw Material Inspection

Prior to being used for toothpaste production, all raw materials are tested for authenticity, batch, supplier and quality records as the basic check, which are followed by sampling and detailed inspection if necessary, the materials with quality approved will be fed into production.
